Recognition for courses, events and teams
Certificates by Agilecode helps trainers, schools, event organisers and teams in Kenya create certificates for course completion, workshop participation, achievement and appreciation. Choose a template, add your organisation’s details and produce a printable certificate for each recipient, with affordable M-Pesa payment options in Kenyan shillings (KSh).
Make the design your own
Browse 32 certificate templates ranging from classic gold borders to modern layouts. Set the certificate title and wording, add your logo and an authorised signature, and choose colours to match your organisation. Pick from 20 fonts and adjust text sizes to suit the recipient name and award details. Preview the finished design before issuing.
Create one certificate or a whole batch
Organise a course or event as a project. Add recipients individually or import a CSV spreadsheet, preview each recipient, review the names and issue the certificates when everything is correct. Download certificates as PDF or PNG files, or collect batch downloads in a ZIP for the group.
Give readers a record they can check
Each issued certificate includes a unique verification link and QR code. A reader can check the recorded recipient, issuer and award details, together with the certificate’s current status. The issuing organisation remains responsible for the award; verification does not independently accredit a course or qualification.
Start free, then pay for one certificate or a credit pack
New accounts include 1 free certificate credit. One credit issues one certificate for one recipient; downloading the same issued certificate again does not use another credit. A single additional certificate costs KSh 30, payable with M-Pesa after previewing the recipient. Once payment is confirmed, the certificate is issued and ready to download.
For a class or event, credit packs start at KSh 299 for 25 credits. Pay once in Kenyan shillings with M-Pesa. Purchased credits do not expire, all templates are included, and repeat downloads of the same issued certificate are included. Choose a single certificate or a pack according to the number of recipients you need to recognise.
